Pumpkins

Since 2012 there has been a competition held each year to see who can grow the biggest Pumpkin or marrow. In 2015 a new category – for the longest runner bean was introduced.

Held annually with great anticipation at the North Star to date the heaviest pumpkin has weighed in at 250 lbs, with 54lbs being the heaviest marrow. Will those records be beaten this afternoon
