I was five and went Garford School along with my brother Bill, he was ten.

We celebrated the Queen’s Coronation with a fancy dress party in Marcham . We went dressed as Bill & Sue, the Bisto Kids. We were given a mug to keep.

I was nine when the Queens Coronation took place.

I lived in Boxhill, Abingdon. We had a fancy dress party; I went as some Orange Squash!

We were all given a cup, saucer and tea-plate; and also a glass tumbler, which I still have.
